Kevin Herrig
Kevin Herrig
Kevin Herrig is a principal technology specialist with more than 25 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, network engineering and enterprise systems architecture.
He founded GSI in 2004 in order to leverage his broad implementation experience and strong background in Configurable Network Computing (CNC) design in the JD Edwards (JDE) OneWorld / EnterpriseOne Application.
In 2003, Mr. Herrig served as a consulting services manager for JDE in the Atlantic Region where he was responsible for selling consulting services and managing a team of technology specialists. He remained with the firm when PeopleSoft acquired JDE in September of that year. As a program manager at PeopleSoft, Mr. Herrig led a team of technology specialists on the design and implementation of one of the largest and most sophisticated JDE systems in the world.
Previously, Mr. Herrig worked for a JDE business partner and became the first person to join the JDE Competency Center in the newly formed Genesis Channel ($30MM – $150MM). He managed a team that provided support for implementation and configuration of JDE technologies, platforms and databases for the entire channel.
Early in his career, Mr. Herrig was with a defense contractor developing code for simulation systems that were used to optimize advanced warfare technologies used in the first Gulf War.
Mr. Herrig holds a BS degree in Information and Computer Science from Georgia Tech. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and daughter. The Herrigs are very active in supporting local and national charities as well as many community outreach programs, and Mr. Herrig keeps fit through strength training, tennis, golf and basketball.
Shawn Scanlon
Shawn Scanlon
Shawn Scanlon, with more than 20 years’ experience in the design and implementation of Enterprise ERP solutions, is one of the principals at GSI. He was the founder of Enterprise Solutions Providers before its merger into GSI in 2008. In 2013, GSI acquired Andrews Consulting Services from the Andrews Group and obtained Oracle Platinum Certification to make GSI one of the premier JD Edwards consultancies in North America.
In 2016, Mr. Scanlon established the partnership between GSI and NetSuite which solidified GSI’s reputation as being one of the country’s top ERP implementation specialists. Since then, GSI has led multiple successful NetSuite implementations in the retail, health & beauty, and professional services spaces. According to Josh Rosenzweig, CFO/COO of Hourglass, “GSI was the only partner that said they could handle our complex accounting and contextual business reporting needs, including incorporating our parent company’s chart of accounts. Mr. Scanlon was recently featured in CIOReview magazine wth GSI recognized as one of 20 Most Promising NetSuite Solution Providers for 2019. He discussed the future of ERP Technology, how NetSuite can fit with Private Equity as well as maximizing performance and breeding a successful culture.
Mr. Scanlon holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University and is certified in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Technology. He lives in Michigan with his wife Alyson and their two daughters. In his spare time, Mr. Scanlon enjoys reading, swimming, downhill skiing and spending time with his family and friends.
John Bassett
John Bassett
John Bassett is a seasoned IT specialist with more than 25 years of experience as a software engineer, network manager, systems implementer and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne technology expert.
He is responsible for conducting architectural requirement analyses for clients including load balancing, SSL, high availability and disaster recovery. He is based in the company’s Mansfield, Ohio office.
Mr. Bassett is part of the management team that joined GSI in 2008 through its merger with Enterprise Solutions Providers, a company he co-founded in 2004. Enterprise Solutions Providers was a prominent, Midwest-based JDE services company.
Mr. Bassett has managed the technical project life cycle for many companies including Target, United Technologies Power, La-Z-Boy and Nebraska Furniture Mart and has experience in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, real estate, energy, food & drug and retail.
He holds a BS in Information Systems from The Ohio State University and is certified in JDE EnterpriseOne Technology and IBM DB2/UDB.
Mr. Bassett lives in Mansfield with his wife, Lori. The Bassetts have three grown children and two grandchildren. In his spare time, Mr. Bassett is a private pilot, a ham radio operator and a member of the Masons.
William Cashman, CPA
William Cashman, CPA
William Cashman is a veteran business development and consulting management professional with nearly 20 years of experience working with JD Edwards and other ERP software applications.
Mr. Cashman joined GSI, Inc. in August 2013 as part of the company’s acquisition of the Andrews Consulting practice and RapidReconciler® software from Andrews Consulting Group. In his new role as Vice President of Products and Services, he oversees GSI’s field consulting services, RapidReconciler software team and custom software development groups.
An eight year veteran of Andrews Group, Mr. Cashman served as a senior vice president and was responsible for the 400 percent growth of its successful JD Edwards consulting practice. Previously, he was business development manager for Oracle and served in several other roles at JD Edwards in the accounting and consulting management capacities before it was acquired by PeopleSoft, Inc. and later acquired by Oracle. Before joining the greater Oracle/JD Edwards/PeopleSoft community, Mr. Cashman worked at Ernst & Young as a senior accountant and earned his CPA.
Mr. Cashman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University, Pleasantville, N.Y., where he graduated magna cum laude.
He is the recipient of several business awards including during his tenure with Oracle the Quarterly Outstanding Contributor Award, J.D. Edwards Leadership Program, 100% Utilization Club, and Quarterly Area Operations Awards.
Mr. Cashman currently resides in Orange County, New York with his wife Lynn and three children. In his free time, he enjoys bowling, golf, fishing and relaxing on the river.
Beth Magee
Beth Magee
Beth has over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing. Her broad marketing expertise, strategic abilities, and hands-on approach to execution, helps B2B software and services companies develop and execute successful marketing strategies focused on driving revenue.
She has extensive knowledge in marketing tech, processes, AI & automation, and revenue operations and has been acknowledged for turning even the most novice marketing teams into well-oiled, revenue-generating machines. With experience as both an in-house marketing leader as well as a strategic advisor she brings a unique perspective into organizations that foster change and growth.
Prior to joining GSI, Beth was the Vice President of Global Digital and Content Marketing at Dynata and she also led the strategic services team at the well-known revenue tech provider, 6sense. She continues to serve as a strategic advisor to several early-stage software companies assisting them through their growth journeys. Beth is focused on partnering with sales, product, and exec teams to drive demand and revenue growth through marketing strategy.
Beth spent many of her years in the Boston area, where she attended Northeastern University for both her BA and MBA. She also spent several years in San Diego and New York City but now resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and three children.

Recognized as an effective and inventive leader who coaches and motivates staff by instilling accountability, confidence, and a clear sense of direction with open, frank, and respectful communication.
Creative problem-solver with strong analytical reasoning and strategic/financial modeling skills as well as the ability to optimize sales strategies while delivering exceptional service to our customers and partners.
Mr. Sears holds a Bachler of Business Administration degree from Simon Frazer University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Canada and the USA.
