Since its 2006 inception by Bill Robbins, RubberForm has been at the forefront of the green movement, utilizing recycled rubber and plastics to create durable alternatives to conventional materials. Committed to sustainability, the company aids in achieving LEED certification and redesigns how communities and buildings function, ensuring their products are environmentally resilient.
With a wide range of specialty products made from recycled content, RubberForm is dedicated to repurposing materials creatively, as emphasized by Operations Director, Jeff Robbins. Now in an expansion phase, the company has increased its workforce to 30 and launched a new production line to serve larger clients. Upon Robbins's 2019 arrival, the company streamlined its operations by integrating multiple software systems, including Act! for CRM, QuoteWerks for quoting, and Fishbowl for inventory management.

RubberForm entrusted NetSuite with both software provision and its NetSuite implementation. The journey led them next to a consulting firm, but the fit wasn’t right. A particular challenge was integrating all SKUs into the ERP system, a task complicated by the fact that not all products were stocked or warehoused. Some were used immediately in final products and dispatched. Identifying which items were for inventory, assembly, and beyond required significant effort.
